1. Select a Plan and Join
Your membership kit and cards should arrive within 7-10 days. Keep your membership card with you and show to a provider.
2. Find a Provider and Schedule an Appointment
Click the 'Dentist Lookup' link on this site or consult your membership kit for a list of providers in your area. When speaking with a provider always refer to your membership card for proper network identification.
3. Start Saving
Present your ID card at the provider's office and your membership savings will be applied on the spot. You will then pay only the discounted fee for dental work to the provider.
